PGE Ventures is a CVC fund within the PGE Capital Group, which was established to invest in startups. The fund will invest in startups connected to energy value chain in order to gain financial and strategic leverage.
We offer both the financial support and the know-how transfer in terms of PGE Group’s operations.
We understand the needs of young entrepreneurs and we can address them in a professional manner. We are open for cooperation with every startup which meets our investment criteria.
PGE Ventures is managed by a team of top experts with experience in venture capital, consulting and energy market.
Piotr is in charge of fund management and cooperation with PGE Group. Prior to establishing PGE Ventures, Piotr worked for leading consulting companies in Poland and across western European countries. Piotr graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Warsaw University of Technology.
Anna is responsible for implementation of the fund’s strategy in line with PGE Group’s values. Her experience covers business development, strategic management, and transaction process supervision. Anna graduated from Warsaw School of Economics.
Marcin graduated from Finance and Accounting at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He gained his working experience in corporate banking and Venture Capital funds. His responsibilities include investment analysis, valuation and coordination of investment process.
Klaudiusz obtained his Master’s degree from Warsaw School of Economics. Before joining PGE Ventures, Klaudiusz worked for consulting companies. His experience covers business valuation, business modeling and mergers & acquisitions advisory. He is a CFA charterholder and licensed investment advisor. His responsibilities include project selection, coordination of investment process and supervision of portfolio companies.
Piotr graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Gdańsk University of Technology. He gained his experience in the largest Polish energy companies and public sector. His responsibilities include supervision of the investment process and technological support.
Mateusz graduated from Warsaw University of Technology and SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Mateusz is an expert in low-carbon generation technologies. Prior to assuming his current role, he worked for technology companies and public sector. He is co-responsible for the scouting program.
Wojciech obtained his Master’s degree in Interfaculty Environmental Studies from Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Wojciech is an expert in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency. His responsibilities include investment selection.
