PGE Ventures is a CVC fund within the PGE Capital Group, which was established to invest in startups. The fund will invest in startups connected to energy value chain in order to gain financial and strategic leverage.
We offer both the financial support and the know-how transfer in terms of PGE Group’s operations.

Vice President of the Management Board
Tomasz is a marketing specialist, mainly associated with the media. Prior to working in PGE Ventures, Tomasz held the posts of Vice President for Marketing in "Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet", Vice President in Presspublica, and Vice President in TNS OBOP. Tomasz has served on the governing bodies of publishers' trade organizations for such things as market research. He also dealt with investor relations in one of the listed companies. In recent years, Tomasz was a member of the management board of the Investment Funds Company and Vice President of the management board of PKN Orlen’s subsidiaries.
Director of the Strategy Department
Mateusz is responsible for the creation and implementation of the PGE Ventures' strategy. He supervises procurement processes. He is also responsible for external communication and scouting for startups. Before joining PGE Ventures, Mateusz has run projects related to new business models implementation in PGE Group. Prior to working in PGE, he was an expert at technology companies and public sector. Mateusz graduated form Warsaw University of Technology and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Director of the Operations Department
Łukasz is responsible for financial and accounting processes, HR and administrative management. Before joining PGE Group, he worked for the public sector and transport companies. Łukasz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Piotr is responsible for project selection, coordination of the investment processes and supervision of portfolio companies. He gained his experience in the largest Polish energy companies and public sector. Piotr graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
